Allotments at special rates have been reserved for all congress participants in the hotels listed. We hereby offer you the opportunity to book your hotel room directly and easily.

The hotels are presented with a brief description and the room prices. All prices are per room and night, including breakfast. City taxes are mentioned separately. If the desired hotel is already fully booked, Conference Services will - in consultation with you - reserve another room for you in a hotel of the same category.

We kindly ask you to use only the pre-printed form below the respective hotel description for your hotel room reservation, as this is the only way to benefit from the special congress rates. The booking will be confirmed immediately by e-mail. We recommend that you print out this confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at admin@conference-services.ch or Tel 056 401 40 16.

Please make your reservation as soon as possible. Room requests are handled on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The special congress rates can be booked, subject to availability, until May 10, 2026.
