Rooms with special rates have been reserved in the listed hotels. Herewith we offer all conference participants the opportunity to book their hotel room directly and quickly.

The hotels are presented with a brief description and room rates. All rates are per room per night, including breakfast. Taxes are mentioned separately. If the desired hotel is already fully booked, Conference Services will - in consultation with you - reserve another room in a hotel of the same category.

We ask you to only use the forms on this website for your hotel booking. Only then will the special congress rates apply.

The booking will be reconfirmed immediately by email. We recommend that you print out this confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us at admin@conference-services.ch or by phone +41 56 401 40 16.

Please make your booking as soon as possible, since the room requests will be considered on a first come first serve basis. Reservations received after 4 October 2024 are not guaranteed.
