Rooms with special rates have been reserved in the listed hotels. We offer all conference participants the opportunity to book their hotel room directly and conveniently.
The hotels are presented with a brief description and room rates. All rates are per room per night, including breakfast. Taxes are not included. If the desired hotel is already fully booked, Conference Services will - in consultation with you - book another room in a hotel of the same category.
We kindly ask you to use only the forms on this website for your hotel booking. This ensures that you benefit from the special congress rates.
The booking will be reconfirmed immediately by e-mail. We recommend that you print out this confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at admin@conference-services.ch or by phone +41 56 401 40 16.
Please make your reservation as soon as possible. The room requests will be considered on a “first come first serve”-basis. Reservations received after 26.04.2024 are not guaranteed.
