Cancellation terms

Cancellation is free of charge up to 45 days before arrival.
For cancellations made by 28 December 2026, 30% of the accommodation price will be charged. For cancellations made by 12 January 2027, 70% of the accommodation price will be charged. From 13 January 2027, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid upon receipt of a confirmation of cancellation.
