Cancellation terms

Cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival; after this deadline, the credit card will be charged
Later cancellations and no-shows: 100 per cent of the room rate will be charged
Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid upon receipt of a confirmation of cancellation.
