Enclosed you will find a list of hotels in various price categories. Special rates have been reserved for congress participants at the hotels listed. We are happy to offer you the opportunity to book your hotel room directly and easily. The hotel costs will be borne by the participants.

The hotels will be presented with a brief description and room prices. All prices are per room and night, including breakfast. City taxes are mentioned separately. If the desired hotel is already fully booked, Conference Services will - in consultation with you - reserve another room for you in a hotel of the same category.

To benefit from the special rates, please only use the form provided below the respective hotel description for your hotel room reservation. After your booking you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Please make your hotel room reservation as soon as possible, as requests are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations made after April 29, 2025 cannot be guaranteed and cannot be offered without the special conditions.
