Room allotments at special rates have been reserved for gala guests in the designated hotels. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to book your hotel room quickly and conveniently.

The hotels are presented with a brief description and their respective room prices. All prices are per room and per night, including breakfast. Please note that city tax is mentioned separately.

Your booking will be confirmed immediately via e-mail. We recommend printing out this confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at admin@conference-services.ch or call us at +41 56 401 40 16.

Please make your hotel room reservation as soon as possible, as requests will be processed in the order they are received. Reservations received after 17 September 2025 can no longer be guaranteed and will only be available upon request. Special rates will also only be granted opun request from this date.
