SSAI-Kongress Bern 2023

For all congress participants, contingents have been reserved at special rates in the hotels listed. Herewith we offer you the possibility to book your hotel room directly and uncomplicated.

The hotels are presented with a short description and the room rates. All prices are per room and night, including breakfast. City taxes are mentioned separately. If the desired hotel is already fully booked, Conference Services will - in consultation with you - reserve another room for you in a hotel of the same category.

We kindly ask you to use only the pre-prepared form below the respective hotel description for your hotel reservation, as this is the only way to apply the special congress rates. The booking will be confirmed immediately by e-mail. We recommend that you print out this confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at admin@conference-services.ch or Tel 056 401 40 16.

Please make your hotel room booking as soon as possible, as room requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations arriving after 21.07.2023 cannot be guaranteed, but can only be booked on request. The special congress rates will also only be granted on request from this date.
