KHM Congress Lucerne 2025

Allotments at special rates have been reserved for congress participants in the hotels listed. We hereby offer you the opportunity to book your hotel room directly and easily.

The hotels are presented with a brief description and the room prices. All prices are per room and night, including breakfast. City taxes are mentioned separately. If the desired hotel is already fully booked, Conference Services will - in consultation with you - reserve another room for you in a hotel of the same category.

We kindly ask you to use only the pre-printed form below the respective hotel description for your hotel room reservation, as this is the only way to benefit from the special congress rates. The booking will be confirmed immediately by e-mail. We recommend that you print out this confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at admin@conference-services.ch or Tel 056 401 40 16.

Please make your hotel room reservation as soon as possible, as room requests will be considered in the order in which they arrive. Reservations received after May 10, 2025 can no longer be guaranteed, but can only be booked on request. The special congress rates will also only be available on request from this date.
