Cancellation terms

Cancellation free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival; 48 hours before arrival the amount for the first night will be charged to the credit card (as a guarantee)
Cancellation later and no-show: 100% of the room price will be charged
Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid after receipt of a confirmation.
